Prices and Booking
Additional Information:
The rental period is for a minimum of 7 nights. Prices are fully inclusive of bed linen, bath towels, pool towels and utilities. Central heating, however, is not included in the rental price and will need to be charged as an extra.
Upon confirmation of your booking, a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total rental fee will be requested to secure your reservation. The outstanding balance should be paid 6 weeks before the start of your holiday (details for bank transfers will be forwarded separately upon confirmation of booking).
A damages deposit of £350 is required, payable in advance, and will be refunded within 5 days of the departure date, unless it is necessary to deduct for damages to the house or contents. If the property has not been left in an acceptable state of cleanliness and requires extra cleaning, this will be charged at a rate of £13 an hour.
*If you would like to bring your dog with you, there will be a small additional charge of €25 per week. Please don’t leave your dog alone in the house while you are out, or allow him/her upstairs or on the furniture.
